December Delights: Upcoming Events to Celebrate the Season
Are you planning to visit us this December? To celebrate the season, here is a list of local events that will make this holiday season one to remember.
- Festival of Lights: The Festival of Lights is a one-of-a-kind holiday experience with over 90 light displays. For just $10 a vehicle, you can drive through the amazing scene of intricate light displays and see the WORLD's largest nutcrackers. All the proceeds from the event go to the local Rotary Club. Located in River Forks Park (15 min away from Flats) just off of the Umpqua River, the lights are open now through January 1st every night starting at 5:30 p.m. After visiting the lights, check out the Dutch Bros Holiday Village just down the lane, where children can write letters to Santa, sit on his lap, and enjoy refreshments and an assortment of treats.
- Seven Feathers Casino: NYE Paradise Bash: Seven Feathers Casino is located just 25 minutes south of Bell Sister Flats is hosting a New Year's Eve party featuring live music performed by Precious Byrd. The party will be hosted on December 31st at 9 p.m. The tickets cost just $30 and can be purchased here.
- Workman’s Bar & Smokehouse Christmas Party: Workman's Bar located just 10 minutes from Bell Sister Flats is hosting a customer appreciation Christmas Party on December 21st starting at 9 p.m. There will be live music, food, and drinks with a $5 cover charge. For more information, click here.
- Little Brothers Pub Ugly Christmas Sweater Contest: Little Brother Pub is hosting a free-to-enter ugly Christmas sweater contest on December 20th. The party will start at 6:15 p.m., and voting will begin at 7 p.m., featuring live music by Luke Mathews starting at 7 p.m. The pub is a 5-minute walk from Bell Sister Flats and offers a variety of drinks and good food.
